Hello lovely clients! Please take a close look at this year’s 2013 Holiday Deadline calendar. If you want your gorgeous goodies in time for the Holidays, these dates are VERY IMPORTANT. So, whether you’re scheduling a boudoir shoot or are a wedding couple of mine still waiting to submit your favorites for your album or thinking of adding an album, this applies to you!
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Flush mount orders must be completed (paid for AND all image selection submitted) no later than November 1st. ANY FLUSH MOUNT ORDERS made after 11/1 AND any flush mounts already paid for / ordered / included in wedding packages that have NOT SUBMITTED FAVORITES by 11/1 will NOT have delivery by Christmas without a $350 rush fee. The rush option is ONLY available on or before November 15th.
2. Final flush mount album approval MUST be submitted via your online album approval page by November 20th. (Rush approval no later than December 2nd.)
3. Coffee table book orders must be completed (paid for AND all image selection submitted no later than November 21st. ANY COFFEE TABLE BOOK ORDERS made after 11/21 AND any coffee table books already paid for / ordered / included in packages that have NOT SUBMITTED FAVORITES by 11/21 will NOT have delivery by Christmas without a $200 rush fee. The rush option is ONLY available on or before December 4th.
4. Final coffee table book approval MUST be submitted via your online album approval page by December 5th. (Rush approval no later than December 11th.)
**Please note: for RUSH options, please add two additional days for NON LOCAL clients. Fees are due at the time of ordering and are non refundable. NO rush orders will be filled until the fee is paid.
BOUDOIR CLIENTS:
All of the above applies to book purchases. Boudoir shoots MUST be scheduled no later than November 13th to get goods before Christmas. The only exception to this will be those clients who are doing PRINT orders only, or single print gifts with orders to come after the holidays. The last boudoir photo shoot day option for print order only clients is December 11th. (*based on availability!)
